What to do if your product arrives damaged?
When your product is delivered, carefully inspect the packaging. Note any visible damage, including to the box, on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the package upon delivery but suspect potential damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@VitalitySelection.com. We will respond promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
